Requirement:
- 3-5 years of fab processing experience.
- Bachelor+ degree of Chemical Engineering.
- Hands-on approach to process and equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of factory automation systems.
- Highly effective working closely with area technicians.
- Capability of driving root cause determination and corrective action for problems.
- Ability to lead teams effectively through complex problem solving.
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) control.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
