Position Title: GOS Service Desk Manager
Report to: GOS Manager Location: Dalian
-          Delivering a Global Operations Center in Dalian with GOS POR systems to support Fab 68 and work in lockstep with the rest of GOS to provide innovative support solutions;
-          Responsible for ownership and responsibility for recruiting and hiring a local operations team consisting of software and hardware professionals;
-          Managing a team of software/hardware support professionals recovering the factory computing environment when issues arise impacting manufacturing;
-          Developing a team capable of running crisis events and coordinating Automation events that impact the manufacturing flow;
-          Developing plans and implement organizational processes for developing employees and organization capability;
-          Participating in planning the automation portion of the F68 startup, assisting in the development of schedules and CPAs;
-          Working closely integrating with fellow GOS domains and the expatriate team to deliver the automation support environment on-time;
-          Developing and implementing programs that guarantee the safety of automation employees and hold suppliers accountable to Intel's safety standards;
-          Working with other Service Desk managers and Fab 68 Automation Staff to define touch services scope and expectations;
-          Becoming expert in the business process of Service Desk and work to develop continuous evolution of call support and call reduction;
-          Participating in developing business processes that will guarantee a high degree of success and employee satisfaction for the organization
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts degree and/or a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience;
- 8 years experience in a FSM/ATM Automation or Manufacturing;
-  Demonstrated ability to build from scratch, train and lead an organization of comprised of software and hardware professionals familiar with manufacturing support;
- Technical problem solving skills and knowledge including automation systems, computing systems, and factory operations knowledge;
- Understanding of financial and employee performance management processes;
- Excellent written and spoken communications;
- Ability to be successful in a highly ambiguous environment;
- A solid track record demonstrating initiative, creativity and openness to doing things differently than the norm;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese language
