Job Responsibility: 1. Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth 2. Ensure customer service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the market place 3. Lead the customer servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
4. Familiar with import / export process and policy, make out internal operation process and record to meet government’s requirement, keep good relative with customs office 5. Generate long-term and mid-term sales forecast according to history and information from sales and marketing 6. Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Mathematics is preferred; 2.At least 5 years experience in customer service or relative position with a Multi-National company; manufacturing background and managerial experience will be preferred; 4.Strong client service, analytical and statistics skill is required; 5.Fluent in oral English and professional in written; 6.Familiar with MS-office package, strong application skill of QAD or SAP is preferred. |
