Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Overall planning of the annual manufactures with strategic objectives and means is responsible for pass on the objectives to the subordinates in a coherent manner.
2. Decides on production programs and maintenance, ensure the quality and the optimization of the process.
3. Decides on the allocation of the personnel, people management and development.
4. Manage the budget.
5. Ensure the safety and security of persons and goods
6. Ensure the communication and good relations with suppliers, customers and local authorities
Job Experience, & Qualifications:
1. University degree above educational background, engineering helpful
2. Strategic thinking and analytical mind, good planning, organizing and delegating skills
3. Good knowledge of financial management
4. Good English communication skills
5. Clear expression and good communication skills
6. Persistent in innovation with a passion
