Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Report to: National Sales Director Location: Beijing
Purpose of the job:
-          Provide overall management under his function and try to meet sales targets. 
-          Increase sales revenue to meet business goals.
-          Manage and develop sales team.
 
Responsibilities:
-          Allocate regional yearly and monthly sales budgets according to zonal budget provided by company.
-          Take measures and set up relevant regulations to make sure that budgets are met.
-          Implementation of strict control to ensure expenses stay within budgets.
-          Contract negotiation and daily business management with key customers and distributors.
-          Provide effective management to sales team.
-          Provide market and channel development plans and extend the new products.
-          Set up and restructure when necessary the sales organization and arrange training for sales team.
-          Constructive suggestion to company sales strategy.
 
Requirement:
 
-          University degree above.
-          At least 5 years working experience as sales manager in multinational company, perfectly in food field;
-          Good communication and leadership skills.
-          Strategic thinking and handling complexity.
-          Adaptable to all kinds of environments.
-          Willing to travel frequently.
