Job Objectives
1. Overall responsibility for the IT function in the company.
2. Directly manage a team of IT professionals.
3. Working closely in tandem with the corporate IT functions so as to ensure a high level of quality daily services to the business end user community.
4. Primary responsibility is to the Business Management to support their business needs.
5. To be a thought leader in how to apply and enable the use of key technologies to enhance and forward the strategies of the company.
6. Be a key advisor to senior management on the strategic direction that the IT function should take.
Responsibilities
1. Managing IT infrastructure operations and balance technical and operational needs with internal and external resources.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction through open communication and service level improvement.
3. Streamline IT operation process and improving IT operation efficiency.
4. Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure.
5. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
6. Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
7. Managing and optimizing Cooperate LAN/WAN to better support application systems.
8. ERP implementation and maintenance.
9. Managing projects ahead of or on schedule and within budget.
10. Managing and developing department team members at a various level.
11. Working with other BUs IT team to deploy regional IT guidelines in China.
Job Experience& Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer or equivalent.
2. More than 7 years IT related experience with at least 3 years solid background of team management.
3. Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
4. Good project management skill
5. Clear expression and good communication skills.
6. Persistent in innovation with a passion.
7. Team-spirit.
8. Fluent English. |
