Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for production activities, interfacing with other management staff, and focus on cost efficiency, quality and term of deliveries to meet customers’ needs
2. Responsible for production personnel arrangement and training
3. Establish the necessary standard operation procedures to make operation planned, systematic and standard Be responsible for the definition and implementation of job descriptions, working procedures and performance monitoring of his direct team
4. Plan and coordinate the work flow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to schedules and quality standards
5. Schedule the workload and manage with the resources; Success in process improvement and cost-down initiatives. Make reasonable suggestion on production process and new product
6. Up-keeping of plant and production environment
7. Lead efficiency improvement activities
Job Experience, Competencies & Qualifications:
1. University graduate or above, major in Engineering or management preferred
2. At least 3+ years production management experience
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, able to work with other functions to meet with customer requirements and delivery schedules, in order to maintain excellent customer satisfactory level
4. Good leadership skills to lead and build the Production team
5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English, and Mandarin
6. Excellent computer skills and effective use of MS Office application software and work related applications |
