Job Summary
The role is responsible for search, cold calling, analysis of candidates’ aspirations/ competency, career goals, and of their strengths and areas of improvement. Simultaneously they will gain a full understanding of clients’ recruitment needs.
Job Description
- Communicate with senior consultants to understand the detail job responsibilities and requirements of the positions if applicable.
- Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile
- Approach potential candidates by cold call and obtain candidates’ resumes.
- CV screening and be able to handle selection assignments independently
- Interview with potential candidates in order to identify suitable candidates who match with client's requirements and culture.
- Prepare candidate’s summary/reports and present candidates to clients.
- Effective project management within the schedule set. Whole process follow up
Job Requirements
- Diploma degree or above
- More than 2 years work experience in Executive Search industry
- Energetic, great interest and passion for the job is most important
- Good business sense and service mind to deal well with candidates
- Effective communicator, good interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
- Hard working, quick learner, result-oriented and be abke to work under pressure
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literacy |
