Directs, and to deliver business results through outstanding executive searcher service, business development, performance management & team management. This role will be responsible for the overall profitability, future development and growth of the business.
Job Description
- Business development for potential clients. Build a strong network of client relationships
- Oversee complex engagements ensuring that projects are completed on a timely and profitable basis
- Effectively manage client expectations regarding deliverables and quality
- Effectively approach, interview and evaluate candidates.
- Preparing complex letters and reports, client presentations and meetings, and proposals
- Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target account
- Manage & Support team members to complete project steps. Provide professional trouble-shooting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proven records in the executive search industry. In-depth knowledge and experience in candidates interview & evaluation, business development and project management
- Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Smart, energetic and willing to take challenges.
- Effective communicator, good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literacy |
