Training Solution Service:
Uni consulting provides customized training solutions with the following steps: |
1. Initiate an in-house training program
Client makes a training request based on an assessment of the corporate strategy
2. Discuss and analyze the training needs
Uni’s training consultant communicates directly with the client company, to define the organizational needs based on an in-depth discussion with the client
3. Deliver a training proposal
The training consultant delivers a proposal of the training program based on the initial discussions
4. Conduct an in-depth research on training needs
Upon receiving the client’s approval of the proposal, the training consultant and trainers conduct face-to-face or telephone interviews with the trainees’ representatives, in order to understand their job responsibilities, work flows, as well as their current issues, concerns and expectations toward the training program
5. Adjust and finalize the training proposal
The training consultant conducts further communications with the management team of the client company and the training managers, so as to decide how to customize the in-house training program to meet the client needs
6. Tailor the training program to meet individual needs
The training consultant and trainer customize the program based on the client’s internal needs
7. Conduct in-house training
During the training implementation, the training consultant and the trainer collects feedback from the trainees, and adjust the training approach in order to ensure efficiency of the delivery
8. Evaluate the training effect
Conducts an all-round satisfaction survey to collect trainees’s comments on the program’s overall benefits, as well as the program content, trainer’s efficiency, training materials’ quality and delivery approach
9. Deliver post-training follow-up service
The training consultant delivers a summary report to the client company after completion of the training program. The report includes an analysis of the trainees’ feedback and an evaluation of the training effect and the trainer’s quality. The trainees can communicate with the trainer directly through telephone or email, to explore practical issues they encounter in the work situation. Uni Consulting assists the client company in implementing the post-learning action plan, so as to meet the challenges the company is facing in the real business world
